I am a highly experienced valuation professional with an undiminished enthusiasm for life, both in and away from the business. This experience has given me the capacity to apply informed and innovative solutions to any challenge in this increasingly complex business world, together with the evolving uncertainties that it creates. I am a confident person, working with integrity, competence and the drive needed to complete opportunities presented. I place equal weight on my strong relationships with colleagues, where collectively, as a team, we advise existing and new clients. One of my main roles as a director has been to help the company develop its presence in the insurance market and this has involved encouraging my extensive international client base to move over to Charterfields and to link with colleagues and to offer the full range of services Charterfields is able to provide. I am a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer with over forty years’ experience in the Valuation profession, providing advice for insurance, financial statement, privatisation and/or joint venture and other financial purposes on a global basis. Developing new business is a role I embrace with enthusiasm and I enjoy close working relationships with insurance brokers, insurers, accountants and their clients. My leisure time is absorbed with travelling, gardening, cycling, keeping fit and dining out with friends.
