Key roles & responsibilities: • Generate detailed user stories, test strategy, implementation, and hand over plans • Support Scrum meetings and backlog refinements to gather technical requirements / considerations from the team and implement them into user stories. • Support client-facing Discovery phases on projects to start the scope identification and requirements gathering process. • Manage the product backlog, and prioritise features based off stakeholder requirements. • Represent the client / stakeholders in developer meetings or for developer queries and make decisions that will regularly affect the product. • Ownership for feature requirements being delivered to specification and support the projects through to completion alongside the project managers. • Work alongside other teams within the business to ensure design, estimation and testing plans are fully scoped. • Supporting the Agile process within Scrum to help the scrum master or project manager with delivery. • Considerations for UX Design, User testing and compliance throughout each project. • Liaising with the development teams to resolve issues, gather information or explain requirements. • Track assigned responsibilities on projects to ensure delivery on time. • Work with Jira, Confluence, Trello and Microsoft Project.
