I currently serve as Chief Procurement Officer at Nationwide, with responsibility for strategic sourcing, procurement operations, contingent worker operations, third-party risk management, and travel policy for a $70B enterprise. My focus is delivering strong commercial outcomes, disciplined risk management, and scalable operating processes in a highly regulated environment.Prior to Nationwide, I was Head of Technology Sourcing at Wells Fargo, where my team led enterprise category management efforts across major technology domains, negotiating complex agreements to drive cost savings while reducing firm-wide supplier risk.Before Wells Fargo, I spent more than a decade at JPMorgan Chase in sourcing leadership roles with responsibility across a broad set of categories, including Human Resources, contingent labor, enterprise computing, consumer and card technology, application software, marketing, print, and related services. During this time, I partnered closely with business and technology leaders on large-scale sourcing decisions and governance in a highly regulated setting.Earlier in my career, I spent 12 years at General Electric in a range of leadership roles across operations, sourcing, and services. I began my career in GE’s Operations Management Leadership Program and progressed into increasingly senior roles leading global, mission-critical initiatives. My final role at GE was Director of Mining Service and Product Support.In my current role, I am also focused on applying GenAI to sourcing, contracting, and workforce operations to improve speed, quality, and control at scale.I am a GE Six Sigma Black Belt and former Certified Purchasing Manager, and I hold an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
