   Actively recruit in a high volume, full-cycle recruitment environment, focusing on IT / Engineering positions ranging from Software Engineers, System Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Project & Product Managers, Service/Help Desk, etc. Proactively source, screen and engage with candidates, organizing regular check-ins to build strong relationships and understand their career aspirations Conduct initial interviews/screenings, assess candidate qualifications, ensure positions meet the candidates needs as well, managing offers to candidates and facilitating the onboarding process Develop solid relationships with active and previous placements by visiting on-site, taking them to lunch, sending thank you and appreciation gifts, etc Organize, schedule and conduct Interview Preparation meetings with candidates to ensure readiness for upcoming interviews with the hiring managers Provide career coaching, resume building and job search tips to active and passive candidates Regularly partner with our Account Executive team to better understand our hiring managers needs by reviewing unique requirements, participating in job intake calls as well as realignment calls (in case hiring team needs change)
