Rejoined the world\'s leading real estate services firm in 2012 to expand its representation of a diverse commercial occupiers and investor clients throughout the NY Region and provide strategic acquisition and disposition solutions. Past accreditations include a distinguished track-record earning Broker of the Year honors with the firm in 1994 and attaining repeated Top 100 production rankings nationally. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: A 35 year industry veteran, Joe has provided client representation across multiple industry sectors, properties and geographic submarkets. He has spear-headed leasing agencies comprising over 5 million square feet of commercial property, principally in Manhattan. He was recently a senior member of the agency team representing Jack Resnick & Sons at 199 Water Street; and for Alexandria Center for Life Sciences at the East River and 29th Street. Recent diverse activities include investment sales collaborations for two major property sales in lower Manhattan at 7 Hanover Square (2019) and One Broadway (2018) following his prior leasing agency roles. As a tenant specialist, he represented the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission in its relocation to Brookfield Place in 2004 - a Deal of the Year finalist by the Real Estate Board of New York. He concluded the largest lease at the Empire State Building in 2009 for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. Notable space dispositions include Royal Bank of Scotland at 7 World Trade Center, Guardian Life at 7 Hanover Square and HarperCollins at 1350 Ave of the Americas. Portfolio representations include Verizon lease restructures at 32 Ave of the Americas, 560 Lexington Ave, 340 West Street, and 33 Whitehall St. In he concluded the two largest data center transactions within the NY Region totaling Sq Ft. Joe also represented Swiss Bank Corp (UBS) as leasing agent for their two Manhattan properties, and co-led C&W\'s consulting for the bank\'s 1995 migration to Stamford from Manhattan.
