Reporting directly to the CIO of SAS, this role serves as the senior IT professional within Boley Centers and acts as the primary liaison to SAS\'s centralized IT team that supports diverse organizations. Provides strategic and operational leadership for all technology services and infrastructure supporting Boley Centers\' housing, clinical, and administrative operations. Collaborate with the CIO and organizational leadership to align Boley Centers IT strategy with the broader SAS enterprise technology roadmap.Oversee daily IT operations across Boley Centers including network infrastructure, cloud applications, telecommunications, and end-user support.Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Electronic Health Records (EHR), housing databases, case management systems, and other mission-critical applications.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT service delivery.Identify emerging technologies and propose solutions that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and data security.
