Agile Scale Scrum Master • Manage several different pods under different platforms,(Wealth Management - CTM, Market Infrastructure - Settlements and Clearance, Banking & Lending – ACAM backend and frontend)• Manage, Train and Guide 20 people within four different pods hosting all the agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, Retrospect’s, and Demos)• Acting as Servant Leader, Coach, Facilitator and Change Agent by establish the following agile practices for the POD teams Communications, Scrum Ceremonies, Continuous improvement, JIRA Administration, Program Increment and Planning, and Agile Procedures DLC• Review all agile metrics, risks/issues, ensuring the team has everything that the need, creating safe space, review and adjust sprint backlog, working with PO’s to create stories/tasks and adjust the product backlog• Build and coach high performing teams with continuous improvements, remove impediments/barriers from the teams, create cooperation across all POD members, communicate openly• Promote Agile Mindset by advocating for agile values and principles within the organization and improving their processes and practices• Supervise the different stages with our architect tech leads for our Toll Gates in the PMO framework; PTD, PTB, PTO (Permit to Design, Build and Operate) Program Manager for Marketing Driven Client Enhancements• responsible for budget, roadmap, milestones, planning, program charter, approvals (toll gates, projects, change request) updating JIRA and Confluence, Steer-Co and TOF decks, risk & issues and other artifacts/documentation for audits and PMO framework.Scale Agile Project Manager,• I manage large medium and small projects for other programs (Client Driven Adoption, Trading NetXinvestors, NetX360, Regulatory & Compliance and Client Conversions). I am responsible from end 2 end to BAU within the PLC of the Global Operations Technology Office for internal & external clients and vendors.
