Responsible for managing a team to design and implement technology solutions: Expatiate, Business Traveler, Remote Work, Case management, web-based software, Portal implementation, API, ChatGPT, AI and BPM, workflow solutions to clients according to internal policies and regulation specifications. • Evaluate process efficiencies and technology automation to streamline redundancy • Manage multiple client implementation projects with over a million of recurring revenue per client • Conduct client requirement gathering, design sessions and conceive complex calculation solutions for specific business needs • Deliver business requirements in various forms: use cases, business and functional requirements, process diagrams, data dictionaries, user interface prototypes and data conversion specifications • Coordinate and conduct business specification reviews and stakeholder status meetings with clients and internal teams • Manage multiple client relations, project estimation, implementation budget and invoicing • Monitor Budget vs Actual cost and mitigate scope creep/cost overage • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, and perform comprehensive data analysis reviews • Conduct Super and End-User training • Manage project teams, includes Quality Assurance and Development teams • Track client/user feedback and implement interaction changes • Build well-structured UI components that follow best practices • Motivate and develop a team of professionals by establishing goals and training plans and providing regular performance feedback • Senior member of the technology management team to drive the evolution of application solution enhancements, consistent SDLC and operational procedures and standards
