Currently, I own and operate an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), where I manage end-to-end transportation operations, including fleet performance, workforce management, safety compliance, and last-mile delivery execution. I’m responsible for building and leading a scalable operation that consistently meets Amazon’s demanding service standards while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and performance. My foundation was built at Maher Terminals—one of the largest and most productive multi-user container terminals in the U.S—where I developed hands-on experience in port operations, throughput optimization, and large-scale logistics execution. I further refined my leadership and operational discipline at Amazon, consistently ranked among the world’s most admired companies, operating in high-velocity, data-driven environments focused on efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. I hold a Master of Science in Transportation and Supply Chain Management from SUNY’s School of Global Business. I’m passionate about building systems that scale, leading teams that perform, and solving operational problems that others avoid.
