   Lead of the District’s race equity administration team that has advanced the District’s race equity initiatives by drafting BART’s first racial equity framework and creating the District\'s Racial Equity Action Plan template. Additional responsibilities include coordinating Race Equity Champion meetings and developing the District’s race equity survey to be distributed districtwide. • Develop risk assessments and performance indexes for the District’s race equity efforts which will allow departments to identify key race equity areas to improve using the Racial Equity Action Plan. • Leverage data analytics to revamp multiple Office of Civil Rights’ processes to shift the department from relying on reactive assessments to proactive approaches which greatly reduces the risk of noncompliance. This has included developing real time tracking of District DBE attainment on federal contracts and using earned value management techniques to assist staff with strengthening compliance monitoring.• Shift department culture from reliance on past practice to risk and evidence-based decision making by developing and implementing Key Performance Indicators for Office of Civil Rights divisions• Partner with all Office of Civil Rights divisions to identify, develop, and document more efficient processes and procedures. Build and maintain robust Standard Operating Procedures for all divisions. • Develop and implement leading edge equity programs to improve small business participation of District contracts such as the Mentor Protégé program which aims to strengthen small firms’ business and technical capacity. • Develop the FTA triennial Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal on behalf of the District using data analysis and forecasting techniques
