   I report directly to the IT GRC Director and administer support for key control programs including Service Organization Control (SOC2), Information Security Management Standard (ISO), and Payment Card Industry (PCI)(in beginning build phase). I conduct risk assessments and risk control certifications (via ZenGRC) on a quarterly basis, to verify efficient operations and compliance within the controls. I serve as central member of the IT GRC Team, accountable for the oversight of risk, governance, and compliance within the IT division. In addition, I compile and deliver evidentiary reports, as well as present findings to external audit team. Collaborate with other business units such as Sales, Legal, and Tech in order to increase knowledge and awareness surrounding information security, certify completion of surveys, and conduct training. Created and revised fundamental policies and procedures focused on the efficient execution of vital functions. Delivered education and training sessions to other departments covering crucial subject matter such as Data Privacy and Security Awareness with my IT GRC Team.
