   Representative matters have included:• Served as lead due diligence counsel in support of hundreds of millions of dollars of investments in multiple renewable energy assets and portfolios • Served as lead FERC compliance counsel for one of the largest privately-held renewable energy companies in the United States• Successfully prosecuted and obtained FERC approval for acquisition of 50% interest in merchant transmission company• Successfully resolved separate FERC enforcement investigations with no adverse findings on behalf of two affiliated merchant generation companies • Represented company and several of its employees as lead outside counsel in FERC enforcement investigation into alleged improper bidding activity in a whole sale capacity market auction • Served as lead FERC and DOE due diligence counsel in support of multiple investments involving LNG and pipeline infrastructure assets• Successfully obtained unanimous FERC certificate authorization for significant expansion of Gulf Coast storage facility• Represented RNG developer in negotiation of numerous supply and interconnection agreements in support of permitting efforts in multiple state and local jurisdictions • Served as lead outside counsel to various shippers in the negotiation of commercial agreements with interstate natural gas companies proposing pipeline expansion and lateral projects• Represented two witnesses in FERC enforcement investigation into alleged regulatory and tariff violations associated with the operational availability of a new power plant
