   Inactive)As independent consultant to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Strategic Technology Office (STO) and Defense Sciences Office (DSO), served as the Marine Corps Engagement Lead for multiple programs in support of national defense. As Engagement Lead, provided a key interface facilitating exchange of program information and service concerns between the Program Offices and Marine Corps activities instrumental in influencing all aspects of combat development, to include new technologies and capability.As a subject matter expert, aided Program Office in refining program concepts and resolving application issues via weekly coordination with fellow USMC SMEs, FFRDC technical assist teams and Program Performers. Helped Marines understand the benefits of program concepts through hands on training and use of new program. To accelerate learning and to make training more realistic, developed tutorials combining system application training with scenarios which demonstrated the advantages of employing program concepts vice conventional methods. As a result of a successful program demonstration, program was transitioned to the Marine Corps and has been instrumental in helping USMC evaluate future Force Design and concepts in support of organizational strategic vision.As a subject matter expert, supported a DARPA study to develop an analytic framework to assess the effectiveness of new concepts to influence decision making. The study builds on multiple workshops about decision making and concludes with a tabletop exercise designed to evaluate the efficacy of the proposed analytic framework for assessing the effectiveness for multiple integrated influencing options.As a subject matter expert, supported multiple programs to assess the viability of supply chain-free provisioning in support of both military operations and disaster relief.
