I also communicate the status of shipping and receiving activities to relevant personnel and contribute to the overall operations and achievement of departmental goals.Responsibilities:• Receiving and Inspection:• Unload receiving trucks as needed.• Sign for deliveries after inspecting the conditions upon arrival.• Handle system receiving and paperwork processing.• Shipping and Documentation:• Physically inspect all outgoing materials.• Prepare shipping paperwork with accuracy and complete shipping transactions in appropriate systems (e.g, UPS, FedEx, World Courier, Quickstat, and Biocair).• Maintain shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to internal customers upon request.• Communication and Coordination:• Communicate the status of shipping and receiving activities to appropriate personnel.• Assist other warehouse employees as needed.• Inventory and Housekeeping:• Participate in end-of-month (EOM) inventory.• Maintain housekeeping of the warehouse.• Compliance and Standards:• Perform job-specific tasks in compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, and company policies and standard operating procedures.• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
