Senior Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) SME on the staff of Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), the Navy’s type commander for the Information Warfare Community. • Serves as NAVIFOR’s direct representative and interfaces with senior leaders across the Navy and Information Warfare Enterprise to include the Fleets, Program Offices, OPNAV, ONI, as well as other services and industry. • Principle Assistant of the Intelligence and Cryptographic working group ISO the annual IW Warfare Improvement Program; responsible for researching, authoring, and validating the Fleet’s most pressing INTEL/CRY war fighting gaps for inclusion the IW Integrated Prioritized Capability Listing, the primary requirements vehicle to ensure resource sponsor investment in war fighting capabilities in support of the high-end fight. • Responsible for integrating comprehensive expert-level knowledge of requirements management operations with the cyber intelligence preparation of the battle space process and emerging Service and National Intelligence Community GEOINT doctrine. • Manages and coordinates multiple and diverse actions and efforts of civilian, contractor and military personnel by providing guidance, direction, and oversight throughout the requirements management process. • Applies wide range of expert-level knowledge of the requirements management process and methodology as it pertains to current/ongoing development efforts regarding Navy’s Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Program of Records (PORs), including Distributed Common Ground System-Navy (DCGS-N) and Intelligence Carry-On Program (ICOP), ensuring alignment as part of the overall architecture in compliance with Naval, USD(I) and Joint C4ISR standards and guidance. • Oversees intelligence readiness and modernization of Fleet GEOINT capability needs; develops, reviews and guides GEOINT requirements to identify Fleet priority and aid OPNAV with development of GEOINT standards, policy guidance and management.
