As the Drainage Operations Manager for RGW Group, my primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless execution of all drainage operations while upholding regulatory compliance and meeting social housing needs using NHF schedule of rates. I oversee the coordination of municipal interactions to guarantee ad-herence to standards, including the management of large-scale drainage projects and the maintenance of Health and Safety protocols crucial for CHASS certification, which I successfully implemented on the Cita-tion Systems (Atlas).Currently, my focus lies on preparing the company for ISO 9001, ISO 14004, and OHSAS 18001 certifications. This involves the implementation of a KPI management audit system alongside an online database system for efficient risk assessment and COSH sheet generation.
