ABOUT JOSEPH DICKERSON

Joe Dickerson is the NOAA OCIO Service Delivery Division (SDD) High Availability Enterprise Services (HAES) Program Manager responsible for overseeing management and operations of several enterprise wide IT initiatives. He currently manages and oversee\'s projects relating to ICAM, SSO, IDM, Voice over Cloud and other area\'s. He also oversaw a Strategic Enterprise Security Initiative that impacted the entire Federal Agency he currently supports,(DHS BOD 18-01). In Joe\'s past he managed multiple programs valued in excess of $18M that positively impacted various US Government agencies supporting overseas operations. Joe is also an Air Force veteran who served his Country honorably for 10 years. Joe has been recognized in the past for his program management abilities both in the Military and Civilian sectors and has received some of the highest ratings on performance evaluations and program reviews. In Joe’s Military career, he was assigned to USTRANSCOM, Defense Courier Division. The Division directly supports the President of the United States (POTUS), Unified and Specified Combatant Commanders (COCOM\'s), joint military operations, the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), National Security Agency (NSA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), U.S. allies, State Department (DOS), and other federal agenciesSome of Joe\'s areas of experience are-Program/Project Management-Budgeting / Financial-Procurement-Export Compliance, ITAR, EAR, DDTC-Lifecycle & Financial Management-Logistics / Product delivery-Antiterrorism -Resource Protection -Disaster Preparedness -Secure Communications and Encrypted Data -Communications Security,(COMSEC)-Operations Security,(OPSEC)-Safety -Physical Security of SCI-Facilities Management
