In this role I act as the Human Resources Executive for manufacturing sites in CA, MI, NJ, NY & PA with dual reporting relationship to Manufacturing and Human Resources. I serve as a trusted business partner to SVP / GMs at the US manufacturing sites providing counsel, support and candid feedback. I\'m a member of the Site Leadership Teams in part to help meet profits-and-losses (P&L) cost targets. Manage team of HR professionals to drive the Endo values and cultivate a highly engaged and satisfied workforce. My commitment to the organization is to promote a culture of inclusion which facilitates a high performing work environment and success. Promote HR operational excellence to ensure consistent deployment of HR initiatives and planning cycles. Overall, responsible for helping drive the Endo strategic priorities to expand the portfolio, reinvent how employees work and be a force for good in the community. I continue to be liaison to local and municipal agencies to promote Corporate citizenship and represent legislative interests and positions as appropriate.
