Recent graduate with a Masters in Education, and currently teaching social studies/history for middle school in the New York City public schools.At McCann Health NY and Heartbeat, I was an HCP copywriter.At Medidata as CSR Practitioner, I engaged 13 local councils to make an impact in their communities around the globe, collaborated with business resource groups & NPO partners, and successfully planned & executed over 50 events. On Medidata\'s marketing team as a Creative Services Writer, I crafted and developed the right communications for the right audience(s) at the right time—including (but not limited to) leading the email marketing team, social media profiles, rebranding the website, tag lines/headlines, White Papers ( & other industry thought leader POVs), promotional videos, and designed and implemented a public speaking workshop. I also facilitated True Colors (Personality Assessment) learning for all internal departments, helped recruit & trained 100+ new employees, was the President of Toastmaster\'s (Medidata chapter), and sat on the LGBTQ BRG (Medidata Out).At Mosaic Managed Markets/FCB Heath.I distilled complicated information in a thoughtful and creative way (for the end goal of better communicating with our payers). Our team wrote and perfected value propositions, e-mails, print and digital advertorials, and other Managed Markets-related content as it pertained to our healthcare/payer clients.At Affinity Solutions.I was their first \"Deal Manager\" — meaning I tested and built a new bank-centric, highly targeted daily deals program called Spot ON Deals, and I worked diligently across many departments (marketing/copy, sales, tech, and operations) to ensure a quality customer experience. At Genzyme Genetics.I interacted with / educated reproductive physicians and medical personnel (@ hospitals, regional labs, private offices, etc.) on the scope and value of our genetic & diagnostic capabilities (and their implications for patients). I solved all client issues including, effectively managed and grew multi-million dollar base of business, and completed (and won) a Dale Carnegie course on Sales Advantage. At Integrated Media.I led sales presentations, developed and implemented marketing campaigns for clients (targeting seniors\' market), and ultimately built & maintained customer relationships.
