Responsible for administering all phases of loan delivery to Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, USDA, VA, and SONYMA prior to the commitment expiration date. • Upload files utilizing investor software and review all documents for accuracy. • Communicate with investors and document custodians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of loans. • Maintain positive relationships with investors and document custodians to ensure a smooth loan delivery process. • Register all loans with MERS, pay up front mortgage insurance premiums, order mortgage insurance certificates, and upload complete files to investor websites. • Create reports to monitor timely mortgage delivery to appropriate investors. • Track and monitor all missing documents, including recorded mortgages and final title policies. • Provide input and support in the development and implementation of new procedures related to new products offered or when investor guidelines change. • Resolve customer issues and perform other related job functions as assigned.
