We would commonly perform multiple chats at a time using Avaya telephony and Internet based software. The use of pre-formed and custom responses helped us to quickly and effectively assist users of the site with the best sales solution for their needs. In certain situations we would need to identify accounts that needed more specialized solutions and refer them to the appropriate business channel or work through offline proposals one on one. In 2014 we achieved 103% of goal in quarter 2, 106% in quarter 3, for the year we reached 101.4% of goal. During my time with Monster we never achieved less than 98.6% of quota for a year.
