   I am a tax partner based in Irvine serving privately held companies to fortune 500 companies throughout the United States over several industries. I have over 25 years of international tax experience helping companies with tax strategy, compliance and controversy. My experiences includes assisting multi-national companies align and transform their global tax footprint to their business operating model, cross-border intangible property planning, global cash deployment, and direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting. Further, I have a significant amount of experience helping private shareholders (individuals and PE owners) develop their tax strategy with respect to their international holdings. I serve a broad range of industries and have served clients from coast to coast. In addition to serving clients, I have held several leadership positions. As the Tax practice leader for the Irvine and San Diego offices, I was responsible for driving growth, managing resources, developing people and providing exceptional client service across the the two offices. I am also responsible for campus hiring for our Irvine tax practice and Pacific Southwest International tax and transactions practice.
