Coordinate with Hiring Manager\'s throughout our Modern Workplace and Internal department to understand their hiring needs and create solutions around this- Hosted meetings with hiring manager\'s on difficult positions to highlight potential bottlenecks, collate market and agency feedback and advise them on solutions around hiring- Built our Service Desk Support team in Boston from scratch (consisted on 11 hires to support a key customer.)- Analyse our external partner\'s performance monthly, create KPIs around this and offload roles according to performance- A focus on cost avoidance, successful hitting 100% of our team target 4 quarters in a row- Mostly support WFH but travel to Waterloo when needed.
