I’m an accomplished, mission-driven leader with a diverse background spanning higher education, workforce development, small business ownership, the private sector, and public service. Currently serving as TrainND Manager at Bismarck State College, I help organizations across North Dakota strengthen their teams through learning, development, upskilling, and performance programs that drive real results.With experience as an elected executive—Vice President of the Mandan City Commission—of a resident community, and co-owner of a local small business, I bring a unique perspective that bridges policy, operations, strategy, and community impact.
