In a career of over 15 years as a project management leader/supervisor for leading telecommunications companies (including all 4 major wireless carriers), I have acquired extensive experience in planning and executing multimillion-dollar construction, technical installation, and maintenance projects for complex telecom infrastructure such as distributed antenna systems (DAS), small cells, macros, antennas, outside plant (OSP), and networks while ensuring compliance with stringent industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.My track record of success in driving on-time, on-budget project completion is based on my strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, which have enabled me to drive process improvements, new technology integrations, and training programs that have streamlined the project lifecycle, reduced regulatory and financial risk, and secured stakeholder buy-in for projects.Key Achievements: Won the Key Achievement Award in 2018 at Mobilitie for collaborating with construction teams to lower overall site costs and deliver a cost reduction of 35% below the original forecast costs. Partnered directly with the City of Houston to establish permitting and engineering processes for small cell sites in preparation for the Super Bowl 2017 while serving at UC Synergetic. Led the Ben Franklin Parkway small cell fiber engineering/permitting project for Crown Castle while at UC Synergetic and surpassed profit margins by reducing employee overheads, driving OSP engineering, and completing deliverables ahead of schedule. Drove a 40% pre-construction cost reduction while at Armstrong by executing an OSP engineering system that captured multiple field data in a single truck roll.
