As Managing Director of CWind Ltd, I have led the company through a period of transformation, navigating complex challenges and driving strategic change in the offshore wind industry. Since 2019, my focus has been on stabilising operations, improving efficiency, and positioning the business for long-term success.I began my journey at CWind as a contractor, working hands-on as a deckhand before progressing through various roles in shoreside vessel management, commercial operations, and business development. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up, allowing me to make informed, strategic decisions that drive real impact.One of my key achievements has been steering CWind through two successful acquisitions following years of underfunding and fleet deterioration. In 2023, following the acquisition from Global Marine Group, I led the transition under Inspirit Capital, reestablishing financial stability and operational resilience. This laid the foundation for the company’s acquisition by All Energies Services Group in December 2024, securing long-term investment and a sustainable future for the business.I have also been instrumental in driving forward the development of CWind’s innovative eCTV project, a next-generation electric crew transfer vessel designed to enhance efficiency and sustainability in offshore wind operations.With a hands-on leadership approach and first-hand experience across all levels of the business, I am committed to operational excellence, strategic growth, and driving real change.
