ABOUT JOSEPH BAIDE

I’ve been incredibly fortunate in my career to have worked with incredible brands, inspiring teams, and thought-provoking creative minds, from the US, to Argentina, and Brazil. Native to NY, born and raised in Brooklyn, by first-generation immigrants, I was able to leverage my unique experience living a bicultural experience and started my career developing multicultural brand strategies and communications. Soon, I found myself immersed in Latin America (Buenos Aires, Argentina and Sao Paulo, Brazil) working with the best communication agencies in the world (Saatchi & Saatchi, VML, and Ogilvy) and with the strongest brands across CPG (P&G and Colgate-Palmolive). My native NY was calling me back home with a unique opportunity to go in-house at Campari Group to run the whiskey portfolio of luxury / prestige brands. With it, a whole world opened up to me where I could further develop my skills across a new sector (luxury spirits) and across more disciplines (brand design and packaging).Throughout my journey, the things I have been most fulfilled by have been working in a collaborative team dynamic, a creative environment of visual artists and storytellers, working on consumer-driven strategies that make a difference in people’s lives.I hope my lucky streak continues in my journey.
