Leads NavalX Innovation Operations fleet engagement for the Office of Naval Research to accelerate “ready-now” technology integration into unmanned systems. Identified twenty technology gaps, including an artificial intelligence processing, exploitation, and dissemination problem affecting deployed unmanned surface vessels. This problem culminated with a successful solution by utilizing an In-Q-Tel work program, as well as a DIU commercial solutions opening providing the fleet with deep-technology from industry.• Piloted the OSD Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Material and Readiness, Advanced Manufacturing Authority to Operate (ATO) critical problem area. Utilizing a DoD-wide discovery strategy, successfully mapped the ATO landscape to provide the Deputy Secretary of Defense an optimized process to run advanced manufacturing hardware ATOs at-scale and speed for adoption to support operations, and to achieve reciprocity at-scale across the DoD.• Product manager for six AFWERX RevealAI software deployments for units from the major command (MAJCOM) to tactical level, surfacing 476 problems at scale. These software campaigns led to total-force solution implementations in contracting, agile combat employment, and airfield operations.• Built Army-wide innovation network for newly formed Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies CTO office. Using targeted unit engagement, surfaced 56 critical technology gaps across five Corps aligning operational touch points and feedback to senior leadership.• Led problem curation and market research for the National Air & Space Intelligence center (NASIC) reverse engineering team, leveraging other transactional authority funding to accelerate onboarding of critical technologies for OUSD-I. These efforts allowed for quick transition of dual-use technologies to bridge the “valley of death”.
