With more than 20 years of Lean Manufacturing experience, I have led the implementation of Lean principles in facilities with no prior exposure to Lean, supported mature Lean operations in enhancing existing processes, and extended Lean methodologies into office and administrative environments. I also bring over two decades of progressive manufacturing leadership, managing production and distribution within Lean-driven, union and non‑union settings. I am a Certified Lean Expert and Six Sigma Green Belt.
