ABOUT JOSEPH A.

As a cybersecurity subject matter expert focusing on cyber-supply chain risk management at Boeing, I apply my cyber defense skills and information security expertise to protect information systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities stemming from third-party vectors. I use various cyber security tools and techniques to conduct supply chain risk management assessments and threat analysis, as well as to provide recommendations and solutions for improving security postures and compliance.I also leverage my expertise as the Chief Technology Officer for the Tennessee Public Safety Network (TNPSN), a 501c3 nonprofit organization where I oversee the development and implementation of innovative and secure technology solutions for the organization. I work with various stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure the alignment of technology vision, strategy, and operations with the organization\'s mission, goals, and values. I also manage the technology resources, implementation, and risks related to projects and initiatives.My passion for cyber security stems from my military background, where I served as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, and a Target Digital Network Analyst, for the Air Force and Air National Guard. I led the intelligence effort as the night shift operations supervisor, and contributed to the signals intelligence and cyber intelligence mission. I also hold a TS/SCI clearance, the ISACA CISM certification, and a CompTIA Security+ certification.I am a University of Maryland Global Campus graduate with a B.S. in Cybersecurity Technology and an M.S. in Cyber Operations.
