About Joseph Ackerman
I love working with new technologies, implementing them into existing systems and working with people to solve problems. I found my passion for this in the QA department setting up new systems to help test our products, going from 30+\"in house\" testing machines to implementing our first VMware testing environment. Through the years my experience has grown and allowed me the opportunity to manage a team in the Managed Information Systems sector. This is where my team and I are responsible for researching what the best solutions are to work with our current technologies and implement them for the departments in our company.
