I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Industrial Engineer with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence across aerospace, defense, food & beverage, and entrepreneurship. My career has been shaped by resilience, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement.Born and raised in Venezuela, I grew up competing in tennis before pursuing my Industrial Engineering degree at Universidad José Antonio Páez. My professional journey began with an internship at General Motors in the quality department, followed by three years in marketing at Smurfit Kappa. In 2011, I made the life-changing decision to move to the U.S. in search of a better future, where I earned my Master in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida.My U.S career began at Nestlé Waters, where I advanced through roles in microbiology, quality assurance, production supervision, and supply planning. In 2019, I joined Honeywell Aerospace, as a production planner for high-volume defense programs such as GMLRS, SIMU, Tactical Tomahawk, and HG9900. I was later promoted to Sr. Global Planner, ensuring long-term Master Production Schedule alignment across missiles, aircraft, and surface programs. Today, I serve as a Transition Project Manager for the Electronics Value Stream, where I lead multiple transition projects with a combined $2M budget.Beyond my corporate career, I am also an entrepreneur and owner of two fast-casual restaurants. Together, these businesses employ 25 members and generate $2.3M in annual revenue. While not involved in daily operations, I oversee financial decision-making, evaluate P & Ls, and plan strategic initiatives to ensure both monthly and annual business goals are achieved. This entrepreneurial journey has strengthened my financial acumen, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities.To complement my technical and operational expertise, I hold two advanced degrees: a Master of Science in Engineering Management from USF and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University–CC.Outside of work, I am passionate about sports, especially tennis, baseball, and running and I value quality time with my family. I also volunteer as a coach for two local little leagues, where I mentor young athletes and give back to my community. These experiences reinforce my belief in discipline, teamwork, and developing others both personally and professionally.I am driven to leverage my global experience, technical background, and business expertise to solve complex challenges, optimize operations, and deliver sustainable growth.
