I am a senior executive and principal adviser to the United States Space Force leadership in S5S, operating under contract with Delta Strategies & Solutions, LLC. I develop and author strategic and policy documents that guide the employment of space warfighting units, shape budget priorities, and assist in industrial-base and commercial investment decisions. My work spans the full strategy-to-fielding pathway: concept development, acquisition integration, operational planning, and international/Allied interoperability.Working at the intersection of Department of War requirements, commercial innovation, and Allied partnership, I build processes and governance structures to rapidly integrate privately developed prototypes and partner systems into operational units. I advise senior leaders on resourcing tradeoffs, acquisition options, and contingency plans that deter and defeat adversary actions in the space domain. My portfolio routinely influences billions of dollars in acquisition and operational transactions and directly supports fielding and employment decisions for hybrid space forces.I am known for translating strategic intent into executable plans: aligning policy, doctrine, and acquisition timelines; standing up coordination mechanisms across Department of War, Services, industry, and partner governments; and producing clear, defensible recommendations for decision authorities. I combine operational judgment with structured analytic approaches to reduce risk, accelerate operationalization, and ensure capability interoperability across the joint and coalition force.
