Serve as the senior staff lead for district operations and communications, managing constituent services, community engagement, and public affairs directly on behalf of Representative Vince Perez. Oversee all aspects of the district office, coordinating casework with state agencies, scheduling public appearances, and maintaining relationships with local governments, civic organizations, and community stakeholders.Develop and implement the office’s communications strategy, producing newsletters, social media, press releases, and bilingual outreach materials to connect constituents with legislative priorities. Track, analyze, and review legislation to prepare detailed briefings, talking points, and communications guidance that enable the Representative to clearly articulate policy impacts to the public and media.Plan and execute community events—including town halls, stakeholder roundtables, and recognition ceremonies—that strengthen constituent engagement and legislative visibility. Represent the office at public meetings, monitor local issues, and provide timely updates to Capitol staff to ensure the Representative remains responsive to district needs.
