   Conduct pre-shift meeting with UTR team. Then conduct meeting with OTR Team for core sort. Review any operational barriers.(ex. Late line hauls, rolled volume, reduce by %, weather impacts, etc.)·Review Vital DSP and station metrics, ensure all bridges are submitted.·Sync with DSPs and assist any route planning adjustments (ex. DA route swaps, dropped routes).·Review Route Plans. Check for excessive headroom or over-planning. Evaluate if recycled routes are needed.·Partner with UTR AM to fill critical staffing roles (ex. DA assist, traffic controllers, etc.). Ensure Area Readiness.·Deliver Start-Up Meeting to associates. Include Safety, SOP, and DEI tips.·Visit and present at DSP Start-Up Meetings.·Ensure DSPs are entering loadout area at planned wave time, loading in designated areas.·Throughout Pick/Stage, monitor staging progress and sync with UTR AM regarding at risk routes.·Conduct DA DOT status checks for all rostered Step Van DAs, submit DOT Credentials Audit results. ·After Dispatch, review loadout performance with DSPs, identify and notify of any barriers.·Post dispatch, conduct piles walk to collect any left-behind TBAs. Include TBAs in next sortation.·Conduct necessary ADHOC sorts.·Check SUI for DP acceptance of flex routes. If necessary, communicate any deviations to CO.·Introduce self at driver training classes.·Daily 1:1 conversations with DSPs about On Road Barriers, Fleet KPIs, and standard work.·Confirm previous day DA Easel Route Count - routes permitted vs. executed vs. paid.·Confirm daily DSP headcounts, including DAs in training and those in hiring funnel.·Verify all time off tasks issues have been cleared.·Sync with OTR Support Team (FQA, DT, DSL).·Ensure Siphon, SUI, Atrops, and LMCP are aligned for rest of week.·Ensure all daily, weekly, and/or monthly audits, associate engagements, projects are completed.·Conduct final walk of floor. Attend end of shift meeting with OTR Team to review performance opportunities.
