About Josemaria Osuorah
I am a Senior Support Engineer at Silta, with a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering and a master\'s degree in Software Engineering (in progress). I have certifications in Oracle database and Cisco networking, and I am an expert in Microsoft 365 products and services, especially Exchange Online and Exchange Servers.In my current role, I install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange servers and related services, troubleshoot and resolve performance, connectivity, and email delivery issues, and provide technical support to end users and other IT staff. I also develop custom scripts to automate various tasks and implement backup and recovery procedures. I have successfully performed mailbox migrations and upgrades, implemented and maintained anti-spam and anti-malware solutions, and monitored and troubleshooted Exchange mobile device access. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of engineers, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients. I am looking for an opportunity to leverage my skills and experience in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online to contribute to the success of your organization.
