My role involves overseeing skilled backend and frontend teams that support solar monitoring services for homeowners, dealers, and engineers. Our teams are dedicated to managing systems that process IoT energy data from over 6 million devices across residential and commercial sites in the U.S. This data is delivered through mobile and web applications, providing crucial insights to customers, dealers, and financial partners.I manage multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, InfluxDB, and Kafka, amongst others, which are vital for offering time-series data and alerting services. These platforms support homeowners, dealers, and fleet analytics for performance monitoring. Moreover, we develop critical software products for managing solar PV and storage systems for residential and commercial clients.Key Software Products- SunStrong Connect Mobile Application: Enables users to monitor and control solar and storage systems- Energy Data Platform (EDP): Ingests and processes data for over 6 million devices at over sites- Pro Fleet Management: Provides a unified view for customer support by dealers and technical staff.Through strategic leadership, I have streamlined operations to position SunStrong as the independent industry standard of servicing and maintenance for solar PV and storage management independent of origination.
