About Joselyn Marroquin

I enjoy building connections with students and employers through recruitment opportunities on campus. Each academic year, I organize 2 career fairs with over 90 employers and 400 students. I am a key component to the office operations at Brooklyn College\'s Magner Career Center, by managing different budget lines and hiring student staff to enhance their professional development. I completed my MSEd degree in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College at the end of 2023.

   Oversee the Employer Relations Team to post over 200 weekly job/internship openings for students. • Develop strategic method using Symplicity to generate more revenue through recruitment. Increase revenues from career fairs by 45%. • Organize two-yearly career fairs with over 220+ recruiters and 600 student attendees at each fair.• Create a thorough professional development handbook for current student staff to meet their career goals, enhance their experience and be prepared for after graduation. • Serve as key part of the office administration team by advising on how to save money, generate revenue, increase donations, promote the Center to employers and students and maintain the Center’s brand.
