My name is Jose Luis Mosquera and I am a United States Army Officer and Cyber Leader. Growing up, I saw military service as a chance to give back to America considering how much it had already given to my family. I value hard work, education and physical fitness. I have made those three values the pillars of my career and they have kept me balanced during stressful and demanding times. I am married to my wonderful and supportive wife Joselyn and am a father to my daughter Valentina, son Alonzo, and daughter Alana.I am certified in various Cloud Certs, CCNA, Security+, CEH and CISSP.My hobbies include: restoring classic cars, reading and spending time with family.

   Serving as the lead Infrastructure Virtualization Engineer for the United States Cyber Command’s (USCC). Subject matter expert for many of the infrastructures underlying technologies including Virtualization, Software-Defined Networking, Cloud Integration. Enhance the quality and responsiveness of platforms while supporting diagnostics and availability management. Collaborates with cyber operators, analysts, and tool developers to provide technical guidance during Secure Dev-Ops processes. Provides clear and concise communication to executive stakeholders and key decision makers.
