As an early member, I’ve contributed across R&D, test, and manufacturing including- Built thermal performance models in MATLAB and Simulink to guide architecture decisions and control logic- Led design and execution of high-temperature durability tests to validate materials and heat transfer performance- Developed and ran high-temperature CFD simulations to evaluate fluid flow, pressure drop, and heat transfer in custom hardware- Designed and executed durability and performance tests, including data analysis and infrastructure build-out- Collaborated with suppliers and internal teams to transition prototypes toward scalable manufacturing
