Includes conference rooms, kitchens, labs, mother\'s rooms, locker rooms- Innovation Park Phase 1 & 2 in Irvine, 15 two-story ground ups, MEP & BIM, steel, EIFS, shell and core office buildings with site landscaping consisting of decorative hardscape parkway, tenant amenity spaces and AC paving parking spaces for the Irvine Company- Spectrum Terrace Phase 3 in Irvine, managed MEP & BIM for 3 four-story ground up steel, curtain wall, shell and core office buildings with a 1-story utility building and 1-story pool/amenity building- Consumer Direct TI in Irvine, managed a sq. ft. TI 2-story buildout of unoccupied shell space located within Park Place Retail Center. Scope of work includes demo, new stairs, wall framing, flooring, glass walls, MEP & mezzanine extension- Sage Hill Gym & Middle School in Newport Beach, current project consists of managing new ground up that will be a new gym to host CIF events and a new middle school for new incoming students on an existing high school campus. This project consists of CMU, steel, structural concrete for the building structure and will be cladded with exterior metal framing & plaster finish to match the existing campus. There is a shoring component due to the new build occurring next to an existing hillside and the interiors will have all the TI finishes for classroom and gym.As a Project Manager my responsibilities are buyout, contract execution, document control, drawings, specifications, submittals and create related RFIs that are coordinated with the architects, engineering consultants, and subcontractors. Reviewing & maintaining various schedules, project financials, cost reports, material delivery logs & other various logs. Oversight of the Project Engineering staff & implement training for continuous growth & development.Proficient with the following construction management programs: Bluebeam, Procore, Prolog, Plangrid, Smartbid Net, Raken.
