I’m a passionate UX leader with 14 years of experience, including 5 years heading design teams at Innovapptive, Airmeet, and Tricon. Currently, I serve as Director and Head of Design at Innovapptive, a mobile-first enterprise platform that unites maintenance, operations, and supply chain workers in asset-heavy industries.A graduate of the National Institute of Design (NID), India, I’m driven by the mission to craft user-centric, high-quality designs that align business goals with exceptional user experiences. I work closely with leadership, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful UX strategies and seamless design solutions.Over the years, I’ve led diverse, global projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and India—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges. My expertise spans research, design strategy, interaction and visual design, wireframing, and usability analysis.I’m deeply committed to mentoring and nurturing design talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.    Lead the design function across 5 active product lines, elevating design quality, cross-team collaboration, and delivery maturity- Define design strategy, drive hiring, and manage performance for a growing, high-impact design team- Integrated AI-powered design tools into workflows, accelerating iterations and reducing design-product turnaround time by ~60%- Lead design for AI-first mobile workflows - including issue identification, work order creation, and work execution - and improved maintenance dashboards- Spearheaded the conceptualisation of two new product suites, earning strong customer reception and contributing to new deal wins.
