Our focus is on acquiring, renovating, and managing long-term rental properties that generate sustainable cash flow and long-term equity.I take a hands-on approach to operations—balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution- Operations & Administration: Oversee LLC business functions, paperwork, compliance, and filings- Vendor & Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and project managers to ensure renovations and repairs are completed on time and on budget- Market Research: Analyze local real estate markets for acquisition opportunities and long-term investment potential- Financial Oversight: Track budgets, manage expenses, work with accountants, and ensure positive cash flow- Tenant Relations: Support leasing, resolve escalated tenant issues, and ensure smooth tenant onboarding (when not outsourced)- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for partners, vendors, and service providers via phone, email, and software tools- Strategic Growth: Evaluate ROI, set portfolio goals, and plan future property acquisitions and improvements- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure properties meet all legal, insurance, and safety standards
