My approach is rooted in collaboration, cultural awareness, and results-driven leadership.With over 18 years in public service—including director-level roles overseeing permitting, code enforcement, inspections, and development services—I bring deep technical expertise, operational insight, and a passion for building strong, service-oriented teams. My dual certifications as a Certified Building Official (CBO) and Code Enforcement Administrator (CCEA) support my work across complex jurisdictions and multilingual environments.I believe in leadership that empowers others.
