I’ve always enjoyed the human factor and building strong personal relationships.While in college I was blessed with a leadership position as founding president of an engineering organization and it was there that I experienced my first glimpses of transcendental leadership. Because of that experience, I’m driven by finding meaning in the work I do both professionally and outside of work.I enjoy surrounding myself with goal-oriented people who are passionate about advancing their personal growth and I’m extremely fortunate to have a career that provides the opportunity to work on products that transcend small “egos” and that connect us to a larger purpose. There is no doubt in my mind I will pursue a position of leadership as my engineering career advances.One of my favorite quotes that summarize my feelings about leadership is by Fred Kofman. In his book, “The Power of Transcendent Leadership” he says, “The Transcendent leader invites people to join a project that infuses their lives with meaning and significance. Such a project promises to leave a mark in the world that will far transcend the lives of those who carried it through.”Wherever life takes my technical and soft skills you can bet you will find an individual driven with meaning and a fond appreciation for others.

   Responsible for leading a large, multi-site organization responsible for all Manufacturing Engineering activities supporting the F-35 Center Fuselage. My scope spans operations across Palmdale, El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Fort Worth, and Germany, ensuring seamless engineering support across these critical production sites. I oversee process development, continuous improvement, defect reduction, and integration of new technologies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, cost, and quality. My team drives technical excellence and innovation to support program objectives and production commitments.
