At Holland America Line / Carnival Corporation, I manage $300M+ in annual spend across professional and operational service categories, including Security, Guest & Crew Transportation, Port Ops, MRO-adjacent services, and technical programs. I lead supplier relationship and performance strategy across multiple brands, balancing cost optimization, risk mitigation, compliance, and long-term service resilience in complex, matrixed environments. My work sits at the intersection of Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations.
