Answer support requests that are related to Organization Management (OM) processes;\\\\nImplement the request in the HR systems as soon all Airbus prerequisites are met (compliance points);\\\\nDeliver KPIs / Metrics related to the supporting activity;\\\\nCoordinate requests with other stakeholders (including the manager and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs)\\\\nManage the deployment of OM reorganizations including on-time and on-quality authorization updates according to the agreed upon plan\\\\nEnsure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and continue to meet or exceed expectations\\\\nCreate/update procedural documentation and knowledge database;\\\\nContribute to identifying and implementing technologies and processes that improve the reliability, efficiency and availability of the systems’ environment;\\\\nSupport data quality check for OM;\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
