Support for Projects in compliance with Company processes and procedures.Assist Project Management Team in delivering Customer Requirements in terms of Quality and schedule.Deputise for PM when required.Support in the preparation of project financial reporting as required by Senior Manager/Manager – Projects. Review Bid Recs vs budget and review material cost with cost controller to assess on upsides and downsides.Support PE to ensure CPI materials are delivered on time. Provide effective project controlling and ensure manufacturing meet project requirements and progress as per plan.Liaise with planner to ensure correct input into planning tools.Responsible for project PSR and ensuring it is regularly updated and aligned to MEL.Provide look-ahead report for use within the project and logistics (if required).Provide input into weekly report for internal management.Provide input for project Dashboard on a weekly basis.Prepare shipping list, shipping documentation and ensure materials are shipped to correct destination. Support project MC coordinator on project deliverable requirements.Manage project close out activities and expedite outstanding activities.Submit relevant experience transfer data for input into project lessons learned.Support preparation of SLS handover requirements.
