I’m passionate about expanding access to attainable housing and creating responsible financing solutions that help more families achieve stability and homeownership. My work at Fannie Mae shaped my belief that sound credit and thoughtful policy can open doors for working families — a principle that continues to guide me today. As Senior Vice President of Finance at UMH Properties, I’m focused on expanding access to credit for both owners and renters across UMH’s communities, supporting residents in building equity and long-term stability. With over two decades in single family and multi-family housing finance, I remain committed to making quality housing both accessible and sustainable nationwide.
