   Contractor role converted to FTE, spanning across the People Operations and People & Culture teams. HR Operations -Acted as a change agent and influenced improvements to onboarding process designed to streamline process, improve new hire experience, and make processes more scalable-Conducted exit interviews and compiled data from exit survey to inform understanding of the employee experience, and propose appropriate actions based on observed trends-Partnered with supporting and client groups to drive effective communication and collaboration-Improved look and efficacy of HR Webpages to improve employee experience, provide resources, and improve access to HR programs. Projects -Led launch and analysis of 2022 Employee Engagement Survey, integrated insights from exit interviews, and other observations to propose actions based on observed trends-Participated in data gathering for Gender Equity study. DEI -Partnered with Awareness & Understanding team to provide opportunities to drive understanding of racism, and implicit bias-Partnered with Community Outreach team to provide opportunities for employees to talk about their career paths to first generation college students-Partnered with Gender Equity team to develop mentoring program to support career growth of women.
